You can take along any clothes you desire but ensure you carry some woollens. Even if you are visiting in the summer months of May and June, the slightest rain can send the temperatures plummeting. Also, if you are driving up, you will be crossing some of the highest motorable passes in the world. The weather is extremely deceptive as even though standing in the bright sunshine can feel comfortably warm but the chill in the wind can bring down the fittest individual. Something to keep the head warm in the evenings would also be a good idea. If you are planning to drive up on motorbikes, carry extremely warm clothing including good quality gloves. Even in October, the temperature can dip to 25 degrees below zero at night in places like Pang.
