There must be numerous books that may have been written, who's author's were influenced by the jungles and the wonderful animals of the central Indian State of Madhya Pradesh. However, one book that stands out among the pack is "Jungle Book" by Rudyard Kipling. Kipling is said to have spent eons researching the region of Pench National Park while visualising his amazing creation that has left so many of us enthralled and craving for more. He is said to have been inspired by the writings of Robert Sterndale.
