Day tour of National Chambal Sanctuary

The Safari takes you to the National Chambal Sanctuary famous for Gharials, Crocodiles, Turtles and Gangetic Dolphins and more than 280 species of birds makes its a bird watchers paradise. Located on the Agra - Fatehabad road, it is 290 km from Delhi and 90 km from Agra.

0700 hr Departure from Agra
0830 hr Arrival Ater on the bank of the River Chambal
0900 hr Departure on Motorboats into the National Chambal Sanctuary for birding and wildlife viewing.
1200 hr Return to Ater
1215 hr Camel ride through the ravines to see the birdlife nesting in the mudwalls.
1315 hr Arrival at Fort Ater
1330 hr Lunch. Relax, explore the fort for swift swallows, owls etc. or boat cruise for birding.
1600 hr Departure for Agra
1730 hr Arrival Agra

Cost per head
US $ 110 per person (on minimum two persons travelling basis)
US $ 45 for a child between 5 yr. and 12 yr.

The rates are for a full day excursion and include lunch on an island or fort, car transfer from Agra and back (on sharing basis) only, boat and camel rides.
· One child below 5 yr. will be free.
