1. The contest hosted on this site are open to all persons other than
the employees of Wildlywise Adventures & subsidiaries and their families
as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the contest.
2. The prizes will be delivered at addresses within India only. It means that even if you are resident outside India, you have the option of giving us an Indian address. The prizes will be sent through courier at that address in case of your winning the contest.
3. Mere participation in the contest does not entitle you to win a prize.
4. The decision of the Jury in this matter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained on the same.
5. The winner will be intimated individually at the e-mail address provided by him or her.
6. Prizes are not transferable .
7. The Management Wildlywise Adventures & subsidiaries reserves the right to cancel / postpone or stop this promotional activity at its discretion.
8. All contests on this site shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the contests are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi only.
9. Taxes and levies on winnings may be imposed by Central, State and Local government authorities from time to time and Contest winners are fully responsible in this regard for the same.
10. Your participation in the contests will be construed as an acceptance of the above stated rules & regulations.
11. In addition to these general terms & conditions,other conditions specific to the contest may be imposed by the sponsors. Participants are requested to refer to such terms and conditions which may be displayed separately on the relevant contest page.
12. Wildlywise Adventures reserves the right to change or eliminate information on wildlywise.com at any time, without notifying customers or visitors. Wildlywise Adventures will in no event be liable for any damages - indirect, special, incidental, or consequential arising out of the use of, or payments based on, information contained in wildlywise.com

Comments or materials sent to Wildlywise Adventures including feedback and other communications of any kind as well as submissions of work as an entry in any contest or promotion held on a wildlywise.com, shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Wildlywise Adventures is free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback and contest entries without limitations or obligation of any kind.
